Zoe is a senior excited to return to the school’s publication for her third year! She loves anything published by Ocean Vuong and Joan Didion – her favorite book being On Earth We’re Briefly Gorgeous by the former. Her other commitments include Humanities Conservatory, Speech and Debate, and the Unconfined Project. In her free time, she enjoys reading, collecting books, and staying in with a cup of coffee or tea while watching TV. Every type of dairy milk is consumed by her, but she specifically likes 2%. Unfortunately, she’s allergic to school.

Sage is so excited to be back for her third year as a part of the CCA student publication! She enjoys listening to anything by TV Girl and Laufey as well as J-pop and K-pop. As an artist, she spends a majority of her free time dabbling in the arts, including anything fine arts related as well as singing and playing guitar. She has a pet dog named Mocha :) Sage prefers oatmilk and is a Leo as well. 

Carrie is a senior and the Managing Editor for the Raven Review! She is excited to continue creating crossword puzzles and writing articles for the paper. If she isn't playing softball or running, you can catch her solving New York Times puzzles, listening to music (Aerosmith, Billy Joel, Bob Dylan), or eating bean and cheese burritos. She has two guinea pigs named Cream and S'more! Carrie is an Aquarius, and her preferred milk choice is chocolate milk.

Katherine is a Senior at CCA and is a returning staff member to Raven Review. She spends most of her time reading books in the horror and thriller genre, and enjoys listening to rock and metal music. She is apart of the Conservatory for the Humanities, and her favorite subject revolves around liberal arts, where she loves history, english, as well as taking journalism. She is a sagittarius and turns 18 in December! As well as her preferred milk type is almond milk.

Arthi is a junior and returning staff member! She has been writing for CCA publications since she came to CCA, joining the Raven Review her sophomore year and writing for the retired Pulse Magazine her freshman year. She is a Gemini and has crippling addictions to Coldplay and Harry Potter. A fun fact about her is that she wants to continue Journalism and combine it with Environmental Science in the future. She is not a big fan of milk on its own but loves when it's mixed or made into food/drinks like cheese, ice-cream, and coffee.

Ava is currently in her junior year at CCA and it is her fourth semester working for the Raven Review. She has two cats, a Siamese named Diva and a Tabby named Sumi, two dogs, a Pit named Happy and a Corgi Pit named Lucy. She listens to musicians such as Sabrina Carpenter, Neoni, etc, and loves reading, writing, and spending time with her family. She is a Capricorn and likes chocolate milk.

Lilah has been taking Journalism since sophomore year and she loves writing articles on the Raven Review. She is currently a Junior and a returning staff member. Lilah loves writing, reading, and spending time with her sister. When she isn't doing that, she is spending time at Free Flight bird sanctuary and listening to music (Michael Jackson, Queen, Sabrina Carpenter, and Kenzie). She also has four pets! Two dogs named Happy and Lucy and two cats named Diva and Sumi. Lilah is a Capricorn and she likes regular milk.

Isabelle is a sophomore at CCA, and it is her first semester with Raven Review. She spends most of her time playing tennis, taking astronomically long naps, and spending time with her family. She loves traveling, and finding new food places and cafes to share with those around her. 

Autumn is currently a Sophomore and this is her first semester as a news editor on the Raven Review. She’s a member of CCA’s swim team and looks forward to competing frequently. In her free time, she enjoys walks in nature, running, reading, and spending time with friends and family. Her favorite book is The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath, and her favorite shows/movies are Criminal Minds and 10 Things I Hate About You. Autumn is a cancer and loves fall. 

Jadyn is a Senior and this is her second semester on the newspaper staff as a feature editor. She is involved in CCA’s field hockey and lacrosse teams and looks forward to playing again this year. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, going to the beach, and walking her dog, Abbey. She also has a pet rabbit named Sebastian. Jadyn is a Libra and prefers almond milk.

 Charlotte joined the Raven Review Staff this fall and is excited to continue working on the newspaper this year. She is a junior at CCA and is a returning staff member. In her free time, Charlotte enjoys playing tennis, playing guitar, watching movies, and hanging out with her friends and family. She also has a pet dog named Diego! Charlotte is a Leo and does not like any kind of milk.

This is Brianna's second year working for the Raven Review and she is excited to work as the Sports Editor! She plays golf and gymnastics and competes for CCA in both sports. In her free time, she loves to read and make films.

Brunda joined the Raven Review Staff this year and looks forward to writing articles! She is a Junior at CCA and is also a member of the Envision Humanities Conservatory. She loves listening to music and baking. She's a Scorpio and her preferred type of milk is oatmilk. 

Tegan is a junior and a returning member in the Raven Review with it being her second year on staff. In her free time she enjoys playing beach volleyball, tennis, sewing, and spending time with family and friends. She also loves listening to music, some of her favorite artists being Mac Miller and Sade. She often finds herself watching films during the nights she has free, some of her favorites include Goodwill Hunting and the Secret Life of Walter Mitty. 

Zara is entering her second semester with the Raven Review (Junior), and she can't wait to get started as your advertising manager. She is currently a member of CCA's theatre conservatory and PALs program. a very extreme Cancer, and loves chocolate milk (but coffee even more). ​Sydney joined the Raven Review staff her Junio year, and is looking forward to another great semester as a Staff Writer! In her free time, Sydney loves to hangout with friends, go to the beach, work part time, and read! As a Senior, Sydney looks forward to going to college next year, and hopes to study Communications/Journalism! As a Sagittarius, Sydney also loves to travel, and she does not have a preferred milk choice, but loves frozen yogurt!

Isabel is a junior and joined the Raven Review last year. In her free time, Isabel likes to dance, sing, and be with her friends. She loves music and really enjoys listening to Billie Eilish, Mac Miller, and Kendrick Lamar. She’s really excited to be a part of the Raven Review again this year. Isabel is an Aries , and her preferred milk choice is almond milk. 

Abby is a senior at CCA and is excited write for the Raven Review. Abby enjoys listening to music, and her favorite artists are Taylor Swift and Gracie Abrams. She also likes reading and watching movies, and has a dog named Max. Abby is a Virgo and likes milk with cookies.

Ava is a new staff member at the Raven Review and wants to work for the paper for the rest of her time at CCA. Ava is a junior who plays CCA soccer and is Vice President of Fashion Club of CCA. Ava loves Arctic Monkeys, Fleetwood Mac, Lana Del Rey, and the Beatles. She is a Taurus, who prefers drinking Lactaid Milk. 

Likhita Chava joined Raven review sophomore year and is looking forward to writing more articles on raven review. She is a sophomore at CCA and she enjoys spending time with friends. Likhita enjoys listening to music and her favorite music artists are Sabrina Carpenter , Olivia Rodrigo and Gracie Abrams. In her free time she likes spending time with her family and talking with her friends. Likhita is a cancer and she doesn't have a preferred choice of milk. 

Justin joined the Raven Review freshman year and is a returning sophomore. His zodiac sign is Cancer and his preferred milk choice is whole milk. 

Bahar joined the Raven Review as a junior, and she is very excited to write articles for the newspaper! In her free time, she enjoys watching 2000's TV shows, writing, scrapbooking, and she plays beach volleyball at CCA. She loves going to the movies with her friends and updating her Letterboxd account. She likes listening to Beabadoobee and Wallows.

Aidan is a senior at CCA and joined the Raven Review Staff this year. She is excited to write about current news and sports events. In her free time, Aidan enjoys playing soccer and spending time with her friends. Her favorite musical artists include Noah Kahan, Zach Bryan, and Gracie Abrams. Aidan is a Virgo, and her milk of choice is whole milk. 

Alexia Ciobanu is a Junior at Canyon Crest Academy who just recently joined the Raven Review! Alexia has always had a passion for writing and had so much fun writing articles in intro to journalism freshman year. Alexia loves listening to artists such as Gracie Abrams, Lana Del Rey, and Wave to Earth. In her freetime, she loves to play the violin, walk her dogs, and hang out with friends! She also has a dog named Charlotte. Alexia is a Sagittarius and loves goat milk.
